Proposed bill for $3500 tax credit for pet owners. Some people are concerned people who do not love pets will go out and get one for the deduction and not take care of them properly. I hope that does not happen.

I saw it on the news this morning. They were talking about the health benefit of loving an animal as a pet. The bill is called The Happy Act. Medical Science has proven that you live longer if you have a pet.
