Yesterday my axle broke on my trailer in the exit near Dunkin Donuts. A State Trooper showed up and called for a tow truck. Billy Willis showed up within 5 minutes and in less than 5 minutes had my trailer and boat on his rollback. I know that doesn't sound unusual, that is what they do. The unusual part is that after picking up my trailer, he gave me time to go get another trailer and then took my broken trailer and boat over to the Kent Narrows boat ramp and launched my boat off of the rollback. Then when the boat partially filled with water because of the steep angle, he went in the water with me making sure that the motor didn't go under water. Then he grabbed the bailer and started bailing the water out of the boat. I certainly never expected him to be that helpful. Then he let me borrow his boat trailer for the next week. Then he delivered my broken trailer to my house. I only know Billy casually and we certainly are not close friends but to me he was amazing and helped me out of a terrible situation. I am very thankful that people like him are in business and go way beyond what they need to without even being asked. Yes, he did charge me for his services, but it wasn't very much at all considering I tied him up with my problem for almost 3 hours. I guess that is why I always see that their shop is busy. Thanks again Billy.

I have used them for over 10 years now. Always been honest and fair. Did Billy ever marry his girlfriend? Duty's comes in second place. They tow too. They also have a body shop and a garage. Just ask for the son John.

Just ask for the son John. I'm pretty sure the son John closed his shop and is doing his towing. There is another shop where John Jr. was at. Duty's Body Shop is A-1

I think it's been almost 20 yrs we've been going there. Billy's father first who was so great, and now Billy and crew. They have ALWAYS been great to us. Takes us right away, fair, and honest. We wouldn't go any place else.
p.s. yes he did get married, and she's a sweetheart!
