For anyone looking to go out for a quick bite and a drink, stop by the Reef. They are over near Pier 1 on the left, on the way to Hemingways. This place has had several names over the years but is reopened again with more staff. Beer is always extra cold. The menu isn't very big but the food is good!
You get a nice view of the boats at the dock. They have a lot of palm trees and it looks like a tiki bar. It is never overly crowded, so you always get good service.

I was there once and forgot I was even on Kent Island. The atmosphere is awesome and definitely something different from what we're used to.

No they are not seasonal only. Right now they have the Tiki bar closed off with heaters so its not that cold out there, they are also open on the inside.
