I have a 2002 GMC Seirra 1500 that needs a new 6 ft. bed. Anyone know of a place, or maybe a junk yard where I can get one?

You can try Redmond's in Pasadena. Or check e-bay. I was thinking maybe around 500 anyways good luck.

Ive tried Ebay... nothing. (Sigh) There is this one junk yard called crzy rays, you take all the parts off junked vehicles your self. Is a truck bed heavy?

Crazy Rays, I usually have better luck at the one off Rt.1 in Laruel/Savage. You walk through find what you need then you pull it off, their prices are good but it may be hard to find an undamaged bed though.

Yeah its heavy. It would probably take at least four or so guys. And finding anything straight at Crazy Ray's could be tough.

It was in an accident while parked.
The back right and left side are kind of smashed in.
Although the damage did not effect the tail lights at all.
I wish I knew how to put pictures on here. I would show you.

If you are in DC and are heading towards Anacostia, on the left side of the street there is a building with tires and rims outside.
If you tell the guys what you want they will find it and get it for you within a couple of days. They only deal in used parts.

There's a couple yards near Goldsboro, Greensboro.. they used to be pretty reasonable.. but I haven't been to one in many years.
