I've been to this new Annapolis Italian Restaurant twice now and both times it was amazingly good! Service is great and the food is....wow! It's located next to Fado Irish pub in the Westin Hotel complex on West Street - at the new(ish) traffic circle. The Saturday brunch is great - I had an omelet that looked like a huge egg pancake that was stuffed with crab and asparagus with a light cream sauce and potatoes on top. Best omelet that I ever had. When I was there for dinner I had the "Gamberi Con Cannelini" appetizer that was butterfly shrimp, garlic, Parmesan, arugala, and lemon olive oil - it was fantastic! So good that I think that I will have to get that every time that I go there. For dinner I had the "Penne Pasticcio" which is Penne Pasta, meatballs, crispy salami, egg, 3 cheeses, baked in a creamy tomato "bachamel" sauce. Oh my God....Amazing! The place is brand new and very comfortable. Check out there menu at www.carpacciotuscankitchen.comPrices are pretty reasonable too - well worth the trip!

This place sounds like something I would love. Northern Italian food. I'm so there.
Rich, how do you keep your girlie figure with all the eating out that you do? ;D BTW, thanks for all the recommendations.
