Should you be arrested for not taking your hat off in a court room. Women can wear a hat, a bald man can wear a wig, the Jew can wear the yam aka, the nun can wear a habit, the muslin can wear the scarf, but the AMERICAN can't wear a baseball hat with the letters USA. What do you think? Remember that this a policy, and not a law.

Which recognized religion is it that requires wearing a baseball cap?
Find something worthwhile to complain about. The ignorant American being intentionally disrespectful towards the Judicial branch deserves to be arrested, held in contempt, and fined.

Get your black A$$ in the back of the bus was a policy, not a law. Respect BS. Do yoy respect the real estate deal with Judge Sause. Respect is something that is earned.

What do you think? Remember that this a policy, and not a law. Because I don't know what else to say: It is " yarmulke." It is "Muslim," not muslin, unless you are asking if a sheet can wear a sheet. And I suppose if you are being disrespectful intentionally, I.e., perhaps you were asked to take your hat off but refused, perhaps even in a disrespectful manner, then maybe something should happen. It's like not taking your hat off in church, but there you go to he'll! ;D

Which recognized religion is it that requires wearing a baseball cap? Well, not a baseball cap exactly, but Quakers used to refuse to remove their hats in court. We have a Testimony of Equality and felt that behaving differently in front of one man than another violated that Testimony. But Pete, as far as I know, isn't a Quaker.
