At the last County Commissioners meeting, the Commissioners voted 3 to 1 (Mike Koval was absent) to allow the Planning Commission to not record their work session of today, 4/20/06. Is it legal in the state of Maryland to officially hide the record of a County Governmental meeting like Planning and Zoning?

How is that possible? Aren't they elected to represent US? Don't they have to do what WE elected them to do?
Maybe I just don't "get" how it works....
