What is it with horn blowing? twice this week I'm backing out of my driveway and get honked at by some loser driver who is going too fast for this street and who thinks I'm backing out in front of them.......
How about this:
Slow your sorry a$$ down to the speed limit and you might not get to my driveway so dam fast.......

Cars need to come with two horns.
One for saying "The light is green. Can we go? Have a nice day".
Another for saying "I want you and your family to be eaten by bears. Your kind doesn't deserve to live. Get out of my way."
Every time I try to use it in the first manner, people take it to mean the second. Every time I mean the second, the horn just isn't loud or offensive enough to fully express my feelings. The "middle ground" horn is insufficient.
Perhaps your neighbor meant the first as well. I agree about speeding in a residential. It is a few blocks. You can't make up any time there like you can on the highway.

I thought about inventing personalized horns for your car. You could make them say anything you want. Some examples could be "Pardon Me Please" in a british accent, "Moooove A-hole" in good ole New York Italian, "la la la la la la" in an arabic accent or maybe you could upload circus music, machine gun sounds or a cruise ship horn simulation. It would be a much more interesting world. I also thought about lights in your back window where you could type different messages like "get off my a$$" and so on..... My wife almost got me one of those scrolling message boards for my back window for my birthday one year. I had that same idea, told her (in jest) and she found one. Luckily, I found out about the secret and put the kibosh on such a tacky gift.

It is the time of year for the not-so-bright people to go through the EZ Pass toll, anly to stop in the tollbooth section and realize that it's an EZ Pass lane only. I have to admit, that a hornin' time for me. ;D

+1, I'll do that 3-4 cars back from the offender is no one else is, and it isn't a short "beep".
Its a long "beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.....what do you think yellow means, jackwagon"
