I was just interested where the "Call for Service" is listed on the web site. I don't see that on the site. Is this something you only get in the mail? I see all the rest of the information out there that you list, and it's interesting to see if any of you neighbors are listed in the wanted section. Just one from our community. I can't see why they could never find him. All they had to do was go there any Friday and Saturdy night when mom was away and the parties were going on. I know the police were called to that residence several times.

DFC. DAVIDSON ASSISTED THE SCHOOL PERSONEL WITH DISTURBANCE. AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION INTO THE INCIDENT DFC. DAVIDON LOCATED A FEW BANK CHECKS IN THE JUVENILE SUSPECTS POSSESSION. INITIALLY THE SUSPECT ADVSIED THAT HE HAD MADE THE CHECKS ON HIS COMPUTER BUT AFTER FURTHER INVESTIGATION DFC. DAVIDSON DISCOVERED THAT THEY HAD BEEN STOLEN OUT OF A MAILBOX IN THE CHESTER AREA. DFC. DAVIDSON MADE CONTACT WITH THE VICTIM WHO ADVISED THAT THEY HAD BEEN WAITING FOR THE CHECKS IN THE MAIL AND WERE WONDERING WHERE THEY WERE. THE SUSPECT WAS LATER ARRESTED IN A SEPARATE INCIDENT AT THE K-MART STORE AND HAD ADDITIONAL CHECKS IN HIS POCKET THAT MATCHED THE FIRST ONES SIEZED. Narrative:
Deputy Gore was working stationary radar patrol in the Stevensville area of Queen Anne's County and observed the defendant's vehicle, a red Nissan traveling 62 in a 40 mph zone. Dep. Gore made a traffic stop and upon making contact with the driver Richard Lyerly he observed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person. Dep. Gore initiated several field sobriety tests which the defendant failed to complete properly. The defendant was advised and placed under arrest for DWI. The defendant was issued appropriate citations and released back to his residence.

Narrative:
On 03/28/2009 Dfc. Pinkosz responded to 1619 Chester Road for Destruction of Property. Upon arrival he observed a passenger car with all the tires deflated. He then received a call at 2200 Chester Road where he observed a pickup truck, a passenger car, and a golf cart also with flat tires. He then received a third call at 1605 Chester Road where a trucks tires were also flat. It appeared that some of the tires were pierced with a sharp object and some of them had what appeared to be pellet holes in the tires. All the victims advised that they heard a loud bang like a shotgun blast at approx. 9 pm on 03/27/2009. One of the victims advised he saw several juveniles leaving the area when he heard the loud bang but was unable to give a description of the subjects. The total amount of damage was estimated at approx. $1375.00. Anyone with information pertaining to this case is asked to contact the Queen Anne's County Office of the Sheriff at 410-758-0770.

On 03/28/2009 at approx. 1159hrs. Deputy Parkinson stopped a black passenger car for a speeding violation in the area of 2800 Barclay Road. Dep. Parkinson made contact with the driver, Pedro Efren Chun Baltazar. Dep. Parkinson ran an MVA check which revealed Baltazar did not have a drivers license. Baltazar was subsequently arrested and taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance. Goodman later discovered through dispatch that the defendant was operating a vehicle without a license. He also discovered that the vehicle operated by the defendant had no insurance and was not registered. Dfc. Goodman advised and placed the defendant under arrest and charged him accordingly. The defendant was held at the Queen Anne's County Detention Center on $3,000 bond for the traffic offenses and a warrant detainer through INS for deportation.

Fatal MV Accident

Narrative:
On 03/25/09 at approximately 2106 hrs. deputies responded to Corsica Neck Road @ Spider Web Road in Centreville in regards to a Vehicle Accident. Upon arrival medical personnel were actively working on the victim Elizabeth Jones. She was eventually transported to Chestertown Hospital where she was pronounced deceased. The victim suffered some sort of a medical problem and struck a tree. Family was notified, all notifications were made including reconstructionist. It was reported that the victim suffered from several serious medical conditions.

During that time he observed a speeding violation by the operator of a 2007 Toyota Corolla with Maryland tags. Upon stopping the vehicle Dfc. Schwink approached the car and saw the driver (defendant) toss an object from the vehicle. It was later discovered to be suspected Marijuana. Landon Marcellus Green was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

Narrative: School Resource Officer Deputy Davidson observed defendant juvenile acting in a disorderly manner by yelling profanities in the main hall of the school. Further investigation revealed the defendant had assaulted another student by striking him, as well as a teacher who attempted to separate the two. The juvenile refused to calm down when requested by the School Resource Officer to such a degree, a second Deputy was needed to respond to assist. The juvenile was charged through juvenile referral for two counts of assault and disruption of school activities and was later released to his parents.
